Construction of Right Circular Cylinder
The model of right circular cylinder as an instructional material can be constructed by using wooden piece, hard paper, soil etc. As a low cost material the paper model of right circular cylinder can be used. But, here the construction method of right circular cylinder of wooden piece is described as follows:
- Take a piece of wood so that it is enough to make right circular cylinder of required size.
- Draw diagonals on the opposite bases of parallelepiped and mark the point of intersection of diagonals.
- Draw circles of required size having radius r and centered at marked point.
- Put the piece in machine or by using other tools prepare a right circular cylinder of required size.
